Neon Dynasty is set in the current era on Kamigawa, more than 1200 years after conclusion of the original Kamigawa block in 3326 AR. The plane's feudal past has met futuristic modernity, with ninjas and samurai now carrying a cyberpunk aesthetic.
The set features the new planeswalker Laito, a cyber ninja. The current emperor of Kamigawa is "someone familiar."
We begin Kaito's story when he is just 16 years old, journeying in his duty to track down a mysterious metal-armed man who attacked the emperor of Kamigawa.
Draft Boosters are designed for those times when you just want to have fun opening a pack of cards. They contain 15 cards per pack.
