There's time to prepare before everything arrives.
Neon Dynasty is set in the current era on Kamigawa, more than 1200 years after conclusion of the original Kamigawa block in 3326 AR. The plane's feudal past has met futuristic modernity, with ninjas and samurai now carrying a cyberpunk aesthetic.

The set features the new planeswalker Laito, a cyber ninja. The current emperor of Kamigawa is "someone familiar."
We begin Kaito's story when he is just 16 years old, journeying in his duty to track down a mysterious metal-armed man who attacked the emperor of Kamigawa.

Commander Decks are preconstructed decks containing 100 cards to play right out of the package in Commander Format. There are 30 new cards (with printed set code and collector numbers) printed in the Innistrad: Crimson Vow Commander Decks.
